I'm kind of torn on whether I want to use this. I kind of like the little grandstand that the raiders built to watch the battles, but I love the idea of the place being cleaned up.
Also, any chance you could release a mod that cleans and beautifies what was once the Gauntlet? That would be a big job, though, so I'd totally understand if you didn't want to get into that.
Maybe another mod that repairs, cleans, and beautifies Dry Rock Gulch and Safari Adventure (maybe throwing some Gatorclaws, Yao Guai, and other critters into the repaired cages), maybe a version that populates the various parks with settlers and traders if you chose to go the Open Season route?
Ok it might be a stupid Idea here but since it's just a suggestion feel free to ignore it:
- You could make a copy of the whole thing (the original) and let it vanilla until you power nuka world on (I think most people will have done the quest amoral before) then you switch the door to give access to the new one.
-In the repaired you put a door that lead to the vanilla (as a failsafe). And in the vanilla you put a door to the remade one that is 'innaccessible' until you power nuka world. (I said door but it could be any object)
This was the trick used in a new vegas where you had to do the quest to turn the schoolhouse into a player home. (http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/43757). Note that I'm not asking for the quest to restore the place here, just a way to check the mod and forget it without locking quests (In fact even only the alternate cell and door without the restore power part would be fine for me).
