I really love and want this mod but it removed the leather backing and the straps from the helmet, so its not for me. i wish it would leave the straps on *EDIT* My mistake im sorry, it works perfectly for me now, i think i just had some mod issues Great mod!
This is a nice add-on, but I have an odd issue - if I select Vanilla helmet from CCC, the headlight now only works in third-person view. Reverting to Standard restores first-person headlamp (though this of course also removes the visor).
Agreed, love your character. He's the everyday hero rather than being superman, much more interesting and not just a carbon-copy of the default Nate, Nice!
is this compatible with combat helmet ilumination, when i tried to install it, nexus mod manger asked me if i wanted to replace the textures and use this mod instead not sure what to pick there.
Custom Combat armor has that integrated, and I made this mod using the helmet from that mod, so it is compatible with custom combat armor. I'm not sure if it would be compatible with combat helmet illumination by itself however, I'd assume so.... best to backup whatever it wants to replaces before hand just in case.
Finily I was looking for a mod like this for the past week! But I have 2 question: Could you make it a litle bit more dirty around the edges and gave it a little brown touch to look like is been arrond for 200 years with a loot of dust and was clean by hand by someone just enough to see? You don't make it clear if we can just use the NMM or if we only can use the manual download?
either way is fine, I have it set up for both. the way that the UV works, I'm not sure how well that would work.... it's basically just a copy of the vault security helmet visor (without the metal part) scaled to work with the combat helmet
No disrespect. I did not see the last few new Star Wars movies. I am hearing impaired and don't enjoy the movies no longer. I have to wait and get them with CC. Anyway nice work. Yes use a sun glasses type dark finish. Thanks.
