If anyone comes here in the future, this mod is an esp that removes things from the game. Stuff like super mutant gore bags, raider dismembered body part decorations and other "decoration" or useless clutter Bethesda pasted all over the map. The mod picture shows what's removed.
Try again with the description, because the one there is absolutely useless - and no one is going to download (let alone endorse) this mod until they know what it does first.
My guess would be that it either removes a bunch of decorative items from the game, or makes them static items, but the description does not communicate the mod's function very well, so it's hard to say for sure.
