If you want separate grenade and mele keys without any hotkey shenanigans, I found Melee and Throw. It works but I found that if you bind melee with Interface Hard Coded Key Tweaks, (which lets you modify hardcoded keys like Accept to Space instead of Enter), it can crash, so just bind melee with Melee and Throw mod.
The PC port was so bad it's to the point of incompetance. Seriously the keyboard literally has over 100 keys and they couldn't get a seperate key for grenades...
I never understanded well, in year 90s, devs know perfectly how a keyboard work. We can play nicely any game from a fast race driver to a competitive fps. In 2020 they seem totally forgot how a keyboard work. Console reason?
This mod sort of works, a bit clumsy but usable, except every once in a while (read : very often) i press the hotkey for whatever grenade and nothing happens. At all. I have to press a hotkey for ANOTHER grenade, and THEN press the first hotkey again, and then it works. Annoying as hell.
No matter what I do, I can't get this thing to work. I changed the launch ini files. I manually updated the plugins.txt file. I put all your mod's files into the Data folder. Nothing.
F*** you Bethesda, for making this mod necessary in the first place.

I already regret paying 10$ on steam sale. Retarded gamedev practices like this must not be supported financially.

i couldnt make your mod works with that hotkeys mod.
I didnt understand well this phrase:
"registrator2000's FO4 Hotkeys assign the "Activate Next" to "G" key on PC for maximum enjoyment"
