      No, you're supposed to use as many artillery strikes (in lieu of drone strikes) as possible.
      
      If you want to mock something, the least you could do is to be factually accurate.

      You can also just get your followers to kill the children for you, there's a mod for that.

      You have to do a hero run, and try to avoid conflict in dialouge. Doesn't mean you can't kill bugs and Super Mutants though.

      Probably Reagan or Nixon. Can never have enough genocidal avatars after all. Perhaps the player could prop up a murderous puppet dictatorship in the southern part of Boston.

      A Genghis Khan profile with unlimited followers would make settlements a lot easier. Instead of saving everyone, simply kill all the men/boys and take the women/girls to be part of your harem before moving to the next settlement. Repopulate the wastes soon enough.
