Looks great and as my char is right at this moment standing at the edge of the pool wishing she could build a house here, was sad when I put down a conquest workshop and could not scrap a thing even with scrap everything and well your version of the house is so much better then trying to fix it in game come look to see if anyone has did it.I was so happy to find this, looks great! Do you mind me asking as you said it is a wip, wondered did you renavmesh for what you removed yet?? :)
