They can now be sold to Scribe Proctor Quinlan aboard the prydwen for 25 caps each - this is instead of 'technical documents' which only start appearing

They can now be sold to Scribe Proctor Quinlan aboard the prydwen for 25 caps each - this is instead of 'technical documents' which only start appearing after he mentions them. I advise you turn them in before ativating this mod, as they will no longer appear as loot or be bought. If you are an enemy of the brotherhood, folders may still be collected and sold to vendors at a value of 5 caps each.
There are 588 folders all across the wastes, for a potential of 14,700 caps, and once you talk to proctor additional folders will appear in loot lists. So, get scavving.
This mod also retextures overdue books in rich red leather and makes the folders stand out more with clean texture and a classified stamp, you'll be amazed by how many you've missed.
