I really appreciate the idea of having a mod like this as i don´t like the long questline for to get the machines that you want from the dlc. But for my poor my game freezes pretty often since i activated it.
set DLC06AllowVaultAnywhere to 1 is no optionas it only enables the housing stuff from the vault-tec dlc, not the machinery.
Just a heads up. Upon installing this mod, after placing several unlocked objects the game crashed. Used Buffout and the auto scanner which pointed to form IDs and this mod. Auto scan

I could not find it again for re-downloading on Bethesda.Net (both PS4 and X-Box One versions). The only current version of your mod is for PC only. I only ask that your please re-upload your PS4 and X-Box One versions to the mods page on Bethesda.net.

I hope this achieves the goal I have in mind. I hate having to do the vault 88 run just to enjoy the vault 98 and 119 mods that allow to build your own vault. Many thanks for this option.
I like the Vault 88 stuff but to get over there is a hassle and since stuff is locked behind completing the quest chain, I just wanna go and build s#*! already as soon as I leave the vault.

I like the Vault 88 stuff but to get over there is a hassle and since stuff is locked behind completing the quest chain, I just wanna go and build s#*! already as soon as I leave the vault.
