   I can confirm that this mod definitely needs the DLC. There is no way to use this mod because if you teleport to it the buildings do not have walls or floors or even roofs, its all gone. You fall right out of the world. SO get the Season pass to get all of the DLC and then add this mod. Just in case you didn't know, I am trying to get most of the Player home buildings that require DLCs working. So far I have gotten these to work, just read my posts for a tutorial:

   This is the only DLC required mod that I have come across that does not work because of its placement in Nuka World and texture references to DLCNukaWorld.esm.
