When I found the armor in Bethesda Comics, I fought off the waves of rad roaches only to find it was glitched, the armor (While the frame SAID it had it) was not showing on the armor, and when I climbed in, my character's head doesn't show and the armor is still non-existant (But it does provide protection and other boost a power armor grants) I will try restarting fallout 4, but if it does not work this post shall remain here.
UPDATE: Restarting then removing all pieces and replacing them did not work either.
I've had the same problem too, and I've tried doing everything, reinstalling etc. I'm actually a little bit disappointed, hell I even went to lengths as to reinstalling fallout 4!
UPDATE: I just found out that getting F4SE fixes to you're welcome my dude.
