If you dont have the helmet on the armor try to toggle tcl to check thru the floor underneath the power armor if its not there and you do have dogmeat as a follower he can sometimes pick up the helmet so make sure to check his inventory. If you keep reloading the save and the helmet isnt there everytime then its either underneath or dogmeat or a follwer has it.
I coudnt find it for like an hour just to check dogmeats inventory 10 hours later and there sits the helmet lol good boy he is
FOR ANYONE WITH INVISIBLE ARMOR!!! Or just anyone with texture mods not working/not showing up in general, as mentioned by usuffer101 below with no help from anyone, add these lines exactly as follows to your FALLOUT CUSTOM INI FILE:

Does anyone have the item ids so I can just spawn it back in?
Edit: Nevermind I figured it out! You can go into the console and type "help t-51c 4" and then a bunch of itemid numbers pop up!
