Edit: You can't loot-lock enemys with that mod, thats sad so I'll stick with this mod which doesn't spawn as much legendaries but you are able to lootlock with it: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22234/?
hmmm.. the other mod seems abandoned... is it possible to remove the legendary enemies in survival instead of making more of them? Maybe separate version? I'm afraid I don't have CK experience
there is a text file with instructions on how to edit this file, step by step you can easily set both values to 0, i'm pretty sure that this will remove legendary enemies from your game

i do hope that my instructions for the GECK are clear enough, though all questions are of course welcome
but if you do try and succeed on modding this with FO4Edit, please do tell me how, so i can add instructions for this as well
Sytron wrote: You can use FO4Edit. Also a quick and dirty fix to use the existing mod is to just update the values as described in the GECK/FO4Edit.
Also giving this an endorsement for having useful/helpful info! Mods that help others learn are fantastic!

Edit: That was insanely easy, though all I changed was the 50% to 25%. Forgot to endorse when I originally downloaded, so there ya go. Kind of a shame you aren't getting many downloads on this, the original legendary spawning mod was really popular
Edit2: Just glossed over the changes so I didn't actually figure this out, but how do you calculate the second value for fDiffMultLegendaryRarity__TSV? I don't see how .005 becomes 50% compared to 1 being 1%. Wanted to change it to 15% but didn't know what value to use
I would also like to know how the legendary rarity works. On the customize legendary enemy spawning mod, it seems to be an inverse percentage, but that doesn't account for how .005 is 50%.
i really wish i could tell you the problem is that the GECK wiki wasn't updated for Fallout 4, at least not with these settings and i have no real clue, as there is no official documentations for the GECK that i know of
so it's going to remain unknown, until someone actually researches this, and post the results
