Many mods adjusting these things and obviously conflict, use one mod and make the changes you want to one image space file, highlight all 292 image space files, right click what you changed and choose copy to select records. Don't forget to endorse these mods. That is where the knowledge comes from to do this.

    EYE ADAPTION OFF
Set eye adaption speed to 1 stops brightness adjusting
Set auto exposure min and max 2.5 for neutral exposure

    DEPTH OF FIELD BLURRING OFF
Set strength 0 to remove blurring

    BLOOM OFF
    Set bloom threshold 10
    Set bloom scale 0
    this should disable bloom

Is there a way to Blacklist certain locations from this? The institute looks bright as s#*! with this mod.

Yes. This is an ESP only mod. You can do anything you want to it with FO4Edit. If you only want to delete changes from 1 location it's easy. Likely the institute has an IMAGE SPACE MODIFIER that adds some bad extra lighting and deleting that might fix the issue. In my game I removed all lighting effects and only have lighting.

2a199 is the record for Institute location. Type that in FO4Edit search and it will show you that in the game file. Expand the mod file and find the same thing 2a199. Right click and remove it. Baby steps to bending ESP files to your will, HA HA! (double check the name and keep backups, I got the 2a199 from google).

How does this affect outdoors? My big issue with the game isn't the interior lighting, eye adjust/hdr, bloom. Its the what seems excessive bloom outside with very bright and washed out colors, almost like there is a white filter or something over the image. I'm not referring to the brightness bug that some users have been affected by, this is an issue I have had since launch and it drives me crazy. I can't seem to find any information or values in any of the config files to correct this.

Just passing this comment and figured I'd chime in in-case you didn't figure it out. That white wash filter you are referring to is volumetric lighting.

Which can be disabled in fallout4prefs.ini, edit this line = " bVolumetricLightingEnable=1 " and replace the 1 with a 0

Not sure if it's a mod conflict but this seemed to have increased the bloom and adaptation effect.

Somehow managed to DOUBLE the bloom. Not quite the effect I was looking for, and turns out it's really hard to aim through chunky blocks of green.

Attempts to fix the issue did not succeed.

Tried adjusting other mods and moving around in the load order, but doesn't seem to have any effect that I can see.

In my case this doesn't disable bloom.

Hm... there's an issue with the Institute regarding this mod. I have taken a screenshot but I don't know where or how to upload it and it's diffuclt to describe through words. Are you intersted?

More screenshots would be nice. It is hard to judge the effect, this will have based on one ss alone.

The adaption was really annoying, thank you very much. Works nice with Interiors Enhanced - Darker Ambient Light and Fog, no conflicts.

It has minor conflicts with Vivid Weathers and Vivid Waters. Loading Disable Eye Adapt and Bloom before the two Vivid mods works fine though.

    Great mod.
