There does appear to be a conflict with Everyone's Best Friend, which does touch the survival quest but not the fillwater script. If you're still active, could I request that a patch be made? I attempted one myself, but it doesn't exactly work as intended.
This won't work for me I checked with FO4edit and there seems to be no conflicts but it still only gives dirty water but it does say Quantum water at the river.
Was finally on time someone actually made such mod. First thing i wanted when i saw that " Dirty Water added" when filling a bottle with "Quantum River".... Thanks for this immersion mod. Also lifetime supply of ammo for Quantum Project Cobalt...
I would love to be able to use this with http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/14367/? is there a way to make the two compatible? I only get Dirty Water but the water is called "Quantum Water".

Using Empties and the Fill Bottles on Any Diffculty mods along with it. Still just get Dirty Water.
