Does anyone know if this also cleans up the leaf and debris clutter inside the sanctuary houses too?
Also, would this also need to be sorted lower on the load order or will anywhere will do?

I noticed a few comments down that there was talk of deleting instead of disabling the items, and I am just curious if the current release has that change ? I used Scrap Everything for long time but noticed a big drop in fps when removing certain world items (Still an awesome mod) and like what you've done with Sanctuary. Want to make sure prior to my new install. Thank you for your hard work regardless.

the latest version (v3.1) was disabling the items, not deleting it..

Oh my god finally, I spent almost a day trying to find a Mod that just clean the damn trash and not the entirely game.

      I don't, yet.
Btw could you do The Minuteman Castle version? I haven't found in your Mods list and all the Castle corridors are full of trash aswell.

I have thought to clean the castle, but I'm not cleaning it, because the castle is already old and full of mirelurks, so that's why minuteman wants to clean it up with your help on one of the mission..
I mean I'm just gonna keep it natural, and get rid the trash using Scrap Everything (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5320/?) after the mission finished..

Yes, I was referring to have it cleaned after the mission, I tried Scrap Everything but I just wanted to Scrap trash, not everything.
Anyway, thanks for the reply and the mod.

What's exactly that "Cleaned identical to master" change you've recently (at the time I wrote this comment) made to your mods? Sorry if it's a stupid question

Based on my experience, this "identical to master" occurred when opening an item properties but not editing/changing anything inside, mostly this happened because I accidentally clicked the wrong item...
In Creation Kit, any items that had their properties opened, it'll marked as edited...
So, the wrong item i've clicked, has been marked edited, but I didn't editing/changing anything, so it's properties/values aren't changed, thus "identical to master" happened...

Could you add an optional file that disables the non removable houses/trees

Were those items deleted or disabled?

it was deleted, so when u activate the mod, the game would not load those items anymore...
it's safe to uninstall the mod, however, the game will loads back those items...

DELETED?! DO YOU KNOW WHAT INCOMPATIBILITIES THIS CAUSES? THEY SHOULD BE DISABLED!!!

Since this is your first mod, I think this rookie mistake can be forgiven. Remember - disable, not delete!

      well, thanks for the advice..

but can u be more specific why it should be disabled rather than deleted??

because I testing my mods so many times before publishing here, and there's no problem with other mods I currently had, and no problem when I unactivate and activate it, the game loads and running well, no error...

If some mod decided to utilize the object you've deleted (i.e.: move it elsewhere), it'll fail, thus crashing the game.
Disabled objects will not suffer from this.

You've probably worked this out by now but if not: load your mod into FO4Edit, right click it, undelete and disable references

@vixsyn hey, is there a faster way to edit the record flags for many items at once? or just can edit it one by one?

Besides not using disable not delete. keep in mind that some trash its good too. i learned this after cleaning my sanctuary with spring cleaning...basically leaves or piles or trash were used by Bethesda to cover some nasty and ugly looking meshes issues on the ground. or some texture mismatch that could not be fixed...they placed a bunch of leaves over it.
