- Fixed clipping issue in concord if sim settlements 2 is also installed. Clean save is required. thanks to UncleCheescake for letting me know.
You need a clean save for the changes to the concord location to function correctly.
To make a clean install do the following.
- Make sure no important items are in the containers or they will disappear - in you mod manager disable the esp's - load your latest save. - make a new save - Back in you mod manager enable the esp's again - load the save you made before it should now work
Good: Very immersive, very balanced for survival, almost perfect. Together with red wave and now you're all set for survival fast travel. Bad: Parking spots at settlements are fixed and relatively faraway from where people usually build their workbenches or beds. There's a "parking spot" inside building menu but doesn't do anything.
It's in the spoiler tag in the description: Fuel settings
Set fuel used per trip:self explanatory
Toggle fuel use: option to enable or disable the fuel requirement
Toggle efficient fuel extraction: when turned on you will get the leftover items back from the fuel sources you place in the fuel can. Turned off these leftover items will be destroyed (default)
Fuel type
Oil (default) The bike uses oil for fuel and any sources of liquid oil
Nuclear fuel: This setting makes the bike run of nuclear fuel and items containing nuclear material. Fusion cores will be converted to 50 nuclear fuel.
Coolant: This makes the bike require coolant instead of fuel. You can craft coolant at the workbench or use water.
Home made fuel: this makes the bike run of home made fuel which you can craft at the workbench.
Love this mod a great deal. Only thing I wish it did have, was a "Call Bike" option. I would most likely use it more often. Although, I guess I could try using the console and possibly use the "moveto player" command, or the "player.placeatme". Would be nice to have a key ring with a remote to call it though. A bit more immersive that way. Endorsed, anyway.
This is one of my go to mods for fallout, so i tried to add my own locations. In the creation kit I could find the scripts for LR_MotorcycleTravelActivator. Tried moving the location of the scripts around but nothing worked, Please help!
I wrote a guide on how to add custom locations for someone else a while ago but it's not what I'd call simple. It was created for someone who wanted to add home plate but it will also work for other locations. The scripts have changed a little since then so some of the reference might look a little different.
Thanks for the reply. I Honestly really appreciate it. i followed your guide to a T, twice. Both times the Settlement menu 2 would get completely scrambled. Click on one location and end up in another. At no point am i touching the data for any of these locations.
5th playthrough and 1st with lone wanderer. Awsome mod man, I wouldnt be playing without it. I write to you today because I installed a mod called Commonwealth National Park for a custom settlement and I would really apreciate If some of you can help me with a custom location for this settlement,
This mod (without DLC plugins) combined with The Red Wave Reloaded (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22013) amounts to the most immersive and enjoyable way to travel in survival mode. Thanks!
Thanks for responding. I will disable the DLC .esp files in NMM and let you know if I have any issues. Currently my bike is near Diamond City. Haven't set foot in Nuka World or FH yet.
Would you consider making a version with owned settlements and discovered cities only as the default setting with no Holotape? Trying to avoid Holotape configuration as much as possible. Also a version that only goes to Discovered red rockets and cities/towns (that existed pre-war and along roads like sanctuary, lexington, cambridge, Boston... ect.) would be amazing and having it start at the sanctuary red rocket instead would make an immersive way to find it in regular play.

Hope there's an update. Endorsed.

If you get stuck feel free to ask.

Love your mod! ❤️
Would you mind if I included a small patch for the holotape in a sorting mod I'm making to rename it to '(Settings) '?
