This is an Alpha as due to the massive range of power armors and levels etc I feel it's better to get others to play around with it as well so they can see how it goes. I don't know if this scales well outside (Or if it's even enough inside) of Survival mode so see how you go.
NEW - I have now changed the Perks required to craft each Power Armor upgrade in a similar vein to Some Assembly Required's repairing, I thought that was a bit excessive though and went through with a different route.
This should be fairly balanced since the leveled lists have been changed enough that by the time you'd find the correct Power Armors in the wild you'd most likely have or have access to these perks anyway.
I'm having an issue with the BPAO patch, Knights that should spawn with BoS T-45d are instead spawning with unpainted T-45a, anyone got any idea what he problem may be
I think a cool way of fixing nuclear physicist is instead of affecting fusion core drain entirely maybe there are torso mods to improve it and it requires nuclear physicist to upgrade
I don't know if anyone cares but the X-01 isn't the power armor the Enclave uses, it's actually the predecessor to the Advanced Power Armor. Keep in mind I may be wrong but from the wiki and the source is a terminal from the Whitesprings Bunker in 76. I don't blame this mod for getting that incorrect though because it was made before the release of 76.
i don't know if this comment will be seen or not but here go's, i like this mod it's really good i like how it makes power armor stronger in that of lore but i have to ask would you make an addon for this mod that affect other power armor mod like for starters X-02 and 3, i know alot of us would like to see how these two would be affected in terms of lore based stats
I'm not sure you're still active but I think this is important thing you might've missed when messing around with PA rebalancing resistances values.
As you've said you've exchanged T-51 and T-60 in terms of how good they are but you've left vanilla pieces health as they were, since you suspect the armor ratings offset that.
While I'm about to test that in Survival Mode environment with Better Locational Damage mod, the problem I've found is that T-51 pieces have LOWER health than T-60 - jest because you did not want to mess with pieces hp :D. I guess you should swap the hp of the T-60 and T-51 pieces between each other, unless you want to keep T-60 less armored but more... idk resiliant/sturdier than T-51 (which doesnt really make any sense, I'd rather have sturdier T-51 and T-60 being better armored).
Anyhow Im currently listing detailed .txt file with all PA's Armor, Energy resist and hp values, gonna run some tests in the field and try to adjust the numbers so that they are properly balanced (at least for the Survial Mode with Better Locational Damage mod)

WTF? XD Almost THREE times more DR and ER? What it was not overpowred enough?
