I really don't know the problem but my NPC's don't wear a gas mask when it's radiated outside. Are there known mod conflicts with this mod like Unique NPCs or something?
Same here. Although in my case NPCs wear mask initially but at some point they start not to wear. I tried to load the earliest save in which they still wear the mask, but once I fast travel/refresh map they all take it off. Strange bug.
I use CBBE mods and some plugins, when I removed them the children used the mask but the adults didn't, until I removed the "Optimization patches installer", mod that replaces some files, however, it didn't work the first time, I went to the bunker of Recon, the one with the mission:The lost patrol (Because there are no NPCs). I uninstalled the mod, entered the game, deactivated it on the holotape, quick save, closed the game, installed it again with Vortex, open the game and actived it on the holotape (I did not get the installation menu until I activate it there) and when I entered it already worked, the CBBE mods had nothing to do with it since I activated them again and everything worked fine, at some point I removed another mod and the children again did not have the masks, so the CBBE did not go. If you don't use that mod, look for mods that modify NPCs or replace files, like patches, good luck
