I never release loose files in my mods, only archives. If you prefer loose files, simply extract the .ba2 archive with BAE and then delete the esp+ba2 files.
If you zoom in on the hazmat suit gloves in the CK or Bodyslide or whatever, you can see that they are covered. The material seems to be transparent and a little on the thin side - probably so that the fingers retain full usability. Your realism and immersion were both there all along

Nice, but wouldn't it make more sense to have the glove the same colour as the "White part" of the suit, to carry the illusion the gloves aren't separate from the suit itself? I think it'd look more in place for a fully protective coverall. Just my two cents.
