I read in a previous comment about where to get the hat and mask in the second picture, but just out of curiosity, what mod do you use to allow you to equip them both on top of the helmet?
You can edit which armor slots are used by a piece of armor and clothing using FO4Edit. Armorsmith extended modifies these settings, but it's easy to modify them yourself.
Andiflag, it's the easiest thing to remove the star decal in Outfit Studio. Simply start new project with no reference, load up the Chest .nif, then click on the decal name (Materials_Armor.. or something like that) on the right side column, right click, and delete shape. Then export out as a .nif. Voila.
it works now. i had to add something to my ini file. YAY! i get to use your awesome mod now. time to kick ass and chew bubblegum! thanks for the mod and keep up the great work!
this is how to enable the mods in your ini: [Archive] bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 sResourceDataDirsFinal=
i barely downloaded the mod "fallout 4 Configuration Tool" and for some reason it might have reset my ini file or something cuz my "bInvalidateOlderFiles=" was set to 0.
after i set it back to 1, i reinstalled the the retexture mod and it worked.

only thing i'm not a fan of, is the Star Decal in the middle, but who am i to judge, right!?
please do release this, or ask the original modder to do it, either way I NEED THIS!
but i suggest you try it with the "dark Drifter" coat, it's a standalone coat which you can wear with the armor
Looks AWesome!
