Is there a mod for a clean switch? I hate the rusted peeled blue - why can't it be white with no rust? I really wish I was talented enough to retexture or create mods to do it myself
Thanks, this is a good alternative for some of my settlements. I can build the switches and they work with all (new created) lamps. BUT: If I try to select a builded switch again, my game freezes or I have 0.1 FPS. Has anybody else this issue?
I ran into a slightly similar issue when I tried the Power Conduits and Pylon - Passive Power Radius increase mod.
http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12741/? <- this mod.
What happened was, I chose the largest radius version to install, building was fine, until you try to MOVE a conduit or pylon, or any electrical thing. It lagged severely, and I had no idea why it was doing just that when I'm moving electrical things. I guess some people did have similar issues and if those things are connected to a power source, that's when it lags. So, maybe try to remove the connection to a power source first when doing your wiring and save the last connection for connecting to the generator / whichever fancy power source of choice?
I'll just use this mod in the meantime - http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3429/? <- Generator Fusebox. Stick them on the side of a wall, or anything and connect directly to them, no more moving around? Maybe it'll help solve the power issue a little.
