   Where can I find the magazine with the Enclave neck tatoo and also which is the spot on the LM tabs that will allow me to apply it?

   Well... the magazines appear, at least? The tattoos don't seem to want to work -- they don't appear in LooksMenu regardless of how I access it. The original LMCC got blipped out of existence, so here's hoping the "newer" version still includes this one, as I really like the look of the tattoos.
   
   Note: it does not, and frankly I can't get that mod to work right either so...

   mod worked for a while. Then tatttos started to disappear and now i cant get it to work at all. trying to download again from Nexus now.

   FYI: This mod is incompatible with Diamond City Expansion. I believe it is due to the two magazines that spawn in Diamond City, but I'm not sure.

   When i went to apply the tattoos i did not see this mods tattoos can anyone explain to me what i need to do to apply or where to go please.

   For anyone having trouble with tattoos showing up try this it fixed it for me, download looks menu place it at the bottom of your load order and download this mod load it after looks menu then find the magazines in game it should work

   Do I need to get all of them before they start to work? I've gotten 5 of them, but they're not showing up.

    I haven't found all the mags, but the one's I've found are great! The ink desings are great and lore friendly as it states, and it gives you tons of posibilities for RP.
    I personally put them in my Unique Settlers and makes things quite interesting.
