I've always hated having to deal with generators and all the other vanilla power stuff in this game, to the point of just leaving all my settlements dark and lit by oil lamps because I figured that if my settlers wanted electricity they could figure it out their damn selves.
These are such a wonderful simple streamlined game-changer and a huge QOL improvement for settlement building; I can't play without them now. They work perfectly and I love them.
Favorite way to add power to Sanctuary! Works great with Sanctuary Hills Overhaul Redux -- can place them high on the flat(ish) second story buildings and power the entire back part of the settlement without any issues, and minimal wiring mess. And the snap-to-place effect is a lifesaver. Kudos!
Fantastic idea for a mod, fits immersively into Fallout and pairs nicely with Mass Fusion Wonder Power (not to mention switch/circuit-breaker style generators added by various mods) to make the ultimate wireless power grid. Functionality is flawless and the attachable car batteries were the perfect cherry on top last touch. Can easily modify power/reqs to suit your needs (I raised mine to generate 5/10 power). 10 out of 10
Hi there, just started playing this game and was wondering if I could use this to determine day/ night cycle, attach some switch to it and have my streetlights only go on at night ?
I looked into some other mods but I'm already overwhelmed with what I got to work with now, and these usually add a bazillion more things to scroll through or seem to have one flaw or another (or are just plain broken).
There is this option for street lights which is solar/colour choices AND timers and it takes the load off the power grid: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/41372?tab=videos#lg=2&slide=0
Good intentions and something that nobody else has thought of...but, realistically those panels MAY put out a 1 for power, each. My question is, can they be changed to do so?

Would this be a valid option ?
Good luck
