Version 1.5
Added a Portable Scrapping Toolkit to scrap junk when out and about.
All component shipments can now be scrapped (All Junk).
All component shipments added to the exclusions (All Except).
Previously unscrappable junk (comics, burnt books, folders, napkins) can now be scrapped for Cloth.
With optional override, now can scrap items from Wasteland Workshop, Far Harbor, and Nuka World.

Added an appropriate wired-power requirement to use the Scrap-O-Tron 2000 (2 Power required).
