    Sticky
    Greetings! Here's a Sticky with some Instructions, Bugs/Issues, and General Notes:
    +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
    Install Instructions:
    1.) Download the Rar
    2.) Unrar or just open it
    3.) Place one or both saves in your /Saves folder located here typically: C:/Users/*your_username*/My Documents/My Games/Fallout4/Saves
    4.) Launch the game fully
    5.) On the Load menu, you should see these saves, the preview pic is facing her back in third person at the base of the Vault111 elevator.
    6.) Note: this character is apparently not showing up on the Character Select subscreen on the Load menu at this time. Unfixed and fix unknown yet. Use the regular Load and select the save.

    +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
    Bugs/Issues:

    1.) Carryweight gets reset by Power Armor in Ver1 and Ver2: FIXED in Ver3. (I stupidly tried both setav and forceav carryweight, both commands get your carryweight reset by Armor. Ver3 uses modav and doesn't get reset as of current testing. This was true of Skyrim sometimes too and I incorrectly assumed this wouldn't be a problem in FO4 but it was.)

    2.) Some animations are mis-aligned: UNFIXED. This is due to me using the "setscale .96" command to make the character smaller/shorter. It does break immersion a little for a couple seconds while doing stuff like inserting a Core into Power Armor, and occasional strange clipping, but I don't mind. You can fix this on your console by: opening console while in 3rd person view, clicking your character, and issuing command "setscale 1" without quotes. Also, "player setscale 1" seems to work too.

    3.) Character not showing up on "Character Select" Load submenu: UNFIXED. I'm looking into this now. Interestingly, on my PC, this menu is totally blank, despite being on the second playthrough and character.

    +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

    Thanks for this. It's useful and pretty. :-)

    Oh, and you should probably disable the " Download with NMM " option so people don't have problems installing it.

    She's a nice looking character. I will track and might use her for my next play through.

    She doesn't show up in the character selection menu: any way to fix that?

      Character selection menu? I'm not clear on exactly what that is, sorry lol. I wasn't aware of such a menu. Is this in NMM?

      No, when you start up Fallout 4 and you select LOAD, you can press T to give you a list of all the characters that you have saved with different names so you can switch between them. The problem is that this one does not show up on that list.

      Ah, learn new things every day! I always use a 360 gamepad so I was unaware of this feature, cool! I'll look into this today.

      Update: Well this is strange, it is also missing from my character selection menu. This is extra odd considering I've been playing with this character for some time now. Oddly, my first playthrough character is missing also. So I will mark this as a Bug and continue looking into it. As a test, I'm going to try dl'ing someone else's character and see if that shows up in mine.

      Don't know if there is a fix for this, it was the same with my savegame.
      But if you didn't already find the save, just show all the saves and don't sort it by name, then it will show up.

      Yeah I'm still scratching my head about this one... None of my saves or characters are there, AND I MADE THEM lol. I suspect it's another whacky Bethesda bug.

    By the way friends, this character fits in great with mod "Higher Pitch Female Protagonist Voice" by Asterra here http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/288/?

    I use file version A1 since it's the one the author said he uses. There hasn't been any noticeable distortions that the author mentioned might be noticed. The greatest part is that it makes the character not sound like Jennifer Lawrance's scratchy voice after 15 Heinekens and 30 cigarettes lol.

    Solgath is right, as it turns out, both setav and forceav carryweight get reset by the FIRST time (at least in my dozens of trials) you get into power armor for some odd reason. I strongly suspect there's a weird code trigger that occurs as you get into that Armor on that roof, notice how the quest changes too, and right then the raiders attack.

    Anyway, I went back in again and used "player.modav carryweight 1000" in the Savegame file that's "Privileged" / cheated. So I think it's fixed in Version 3 now up, and I tried a dozen more times with the Armor and it doesn't reset this way. Only thing is, with modav, it ADDS to whatever you have, so you'll have a number like 1200~1300 for carryweight instead of 1000.

    Sorry about the 3 Versions in one day friends, and there might be some upset players with the first two versions when they reach that Power Armor. Either update and play up again, or use the console command "player.modav carryweight 1000" when you get into the Armor, or use the optional Batch file (also updated to use modav).

      it does the same in skyrim, modav modifies it so it perma when you save, not sure if it's intended or not, but it's what i found when playing lol, i use modav for carry weight myself, i hate leaving stuff behind

    i always found, the force and set commands for carryweight always reset, using player.modav carryweight never resets and carries over between power armour and normal.

    Update Again: bad news, looks like even with forceav, the Bethesda coding of entering that first Power Armor on the roof does still reset your carryweight back to what it should be for your level/strength combination.

    So forceav in Version 2 did not fix it.

    Solution is to either:
    1.) forget the cheated carryweight and ditch some junk if you're overencumbered like I was upon entering the Power Armor (thus carryweight reset)
    or 2.) use the console command "player.forceav carryweight 1000" upon entering the Power Armor on the roof.

    Using the command again AFTER getting into the very first Power Armor (on the roof) does indeed appear to make it stick from THEN on forward. I tried getting in and out of the armor a dozen times again and it did NOT reset the carryweight again. There is some weird coding in regards to getting into that very first Power Armor the first time... Sorry friends.

    If anyone sees this, V2 is already up. Turns out I forgot that setav carryweight comes with some strange side effect: getting into that power armor the first time resets the carry weight. I went back in and used forceav carryweight. This fixed it for me permanently in the past. Will be triple checking it again now with my own save getting into power armor.

    We're all learning here! Bethesda console commands can be strange beasts. Much of the Skyrim stuff still applies but with potentially buggy side effects.

    Leeloo?? Is that just a coincidence that it sounds exactly like Mila Jovovich's character from iconic Fifth Element movie? Or you actually were inspired by this, when making your character??...

      Haha you got it. A bit of both really. At first her name was going to be Lola but somehow it sounded too dumb... Then I thought, wow she sorta looks like Leeloo Dallas ("multipass!").
