What is it?
This is a saved Game of a character that I created which looks like Jack (Subject Zero) from Mass Effect.

Introduction
When I first read that Courtenay Taylor voices the female protagonist of Fallout 4 and then saw the pretty neat character creation at the E3 presentation I already decided one thing: I'm gonna re-create Jack in Fallout 4. The Fact that they both share the same voice actor just makes it a perfect fit.
So I sat down and re-created Jack's face in the character creation to my best ability.
As I thought that other people might like to roam the wasteland as the psychotic biotic I decided to upload the savegame here on the Nexus.
It is saved right after the character creation.

Installation
1. Just drop the file into your C:/Username/Documents/my games/Fallout4/saves  folder
2. Start the game and load the new save
3. You're good to go, have fun ;)
 
Edit: If you use the LooksMenu mod you can also load the savegame, then open the LooksMenu through the console and save this face as a preset so you can use it on your existing character.

Update:
There is now a LooksMenu preset version available which is slightly tweaked and should work with NMM. This version of course requires LooksMenu (Link above)
