I like your mod very much. Simple and not over done. It does 2 of the 3 things I had wanted for Jamaica Plain. First was to either make the closed up house usable or removable. Removable would have let me build a house there, so wither way it would not be completely wasted space in an incredibly small settlement zone. Second was fix the workshop building. I could sort a kinda fix it a bit on my own but it was sloppy ans didn't really get the job done. The last thing I had wanted was to increase the settlement footprint by just a small amount by adding the paved area with the bus stop behind it. Every other mod I found added nearly the entire town. But just adding that area would have made it perfect for a settlement. But with your mod I got 2 of the three and it works great. Thank you. No bugs to report at this time, it all seems to run fine with no conflicts.
Npcs don't seem to be able to navigate through it, and furniture won't snap to the floor. Would Scrap Everything or Allsetsextended (increases settlement borders) affect it at all? *Edit It was allsetsextended.
I wonder if with this mod, settlers and Brahmin alike still have a tendency to end-up on the roof of the now inhabitable house in front of the church? I'm using 'Build High' which enlarges Jamaica Plain's terrain and I immediately scrap the house to add crop plots to avoid having everyone flocking on a roof they then need me to build stairs to or they can't get off...
Really want this mod to work, can't seem to get it working. The plywood is still over the door (who the heck went around boarding up houses after the War, anyway?) and it has those weird milky windows the houses in Covenant have. If I press my character's face up against the plywood on the doorway, I can see through it and the building model is hollow. Just an empty space with no floors and the dirt below it.
I'm not sure if this is a weird conflict with my scrapping mod or what. I haven't modded Jamaica Plains at all (I use things provided by mods in it, but they don't change the buildings). I didn't use the option to repair the workshop building since I already had a buncha stuff built in it and didn't feel like moving it all.
The only thing I would have liked to have seen differently with this mod is the house should have had clutter in it vs being "move in ready". Not that having it already clean is a bad thing mind you, just that it would have been more immersive if it were full of debris, clutter, etc as though you were not the first person to go there after the cleaning crew left 200 years ago.
Anyway, thank you for the mod. It is definitely something that should have been in the game in the first place!

The joys of settlement building.
