Sadly, this mod was causing my game to crash whenever I tried to enter The Third Rail... it was the first mod I thought to uninstall, and as soon as I did, I could enter just fine. It might have been a conflict with one of my other mods, so I'm not sure if it was just me... but I thought I would comment just in case anyone else has problems.
It uninstalled very easy though (I had to do a complete uninstall of the mod to fix my save game).... I might try to download it again someday with another save file and see if it works! This is definitely how I feel Magnolia should look. :)
In short, Japanese speakers have trouble making the "l" sound. "r" goes in its place This does extend to written names, so to the author, "Magnoria" is the correct name
