What? It's a raider location with a nearby horde of super mutants. You even managed to catch some of their exterior corpse decorations in a screenshot (incidentally, that "Apartments" sign is used in numerous locations.
Very Nice looking Mod, sorry I'm not going to download you used a quest cells WHY?.. please use a cells thats not going to mess with quests. so many blocked off doors in the game so many places to build a hideout.
