I found this location while play on fallout 4 and I thought this location would be a great player home, so I saved the game and jumped on the FO4 Creation Kit. The Parkview Apartments is near Diamond City (as shown on the picture above). It was a run down small player home already so I decided to overhaul it, I do not own the rights to this locatio

READ THIS ==> [WIP] This Overhaul of the Fens Parkview Apartments mod is in WORK PROGRESS so don't hate on the mod or me thanks.
This is a video showing off the exterior and interior of the Fend Parkview Apartments recorded by me.
= REQUIREMENTS TO DOWNLOAD =
IN THIS MOD I HAVE USED NO DLC SO ANYBODY CAN PLAY AND USE THIS MOD.
= NEW FEATURES THAT I ADDED INTO FENS PARKVIEW APARTMENTS =
- I have added an extra room with a large bedroom and some other goodies that you can pick up and use in game.
- I have added workstations into Fens Parkview Apartments these all work.
- I have added a Bed to sleep in to pass time this is only a basic bed nothing fancy.
- There is a Terminal that you can play holotapes you have collected through out the commonwealth.
- This mod is in working progress so don't hate on this I know there is no static object at the moment but in the upcoming day I will be hoping to change that.
- Also ALL THE ASSETS used a from the vanilla game.

It was a run down small player home already so I decided to overhaul it, I do not own the rights to this location Bethesda the game devs do, also I removed the unmarked quest, the quest wasn't important this was a side quest that you could do. The reason I made this player home is due to allow players to investigate a new created area in the commonwealth and this player home is for anybody to use, there was a bunch of trash but due to the creation kit I could remove them with no problems. This mod overhauls/Revamp's this player home into a small, Exotic player home.
Knowing that there are people out there standing behind me while I create these mods for the games. With you guys pledging it will support and will be so important to my motivation and ability to keep producing the same quality content/mods for you guys.
