Heya Quaz30, I like your hideouts very much. The attention to detail is pretty impressive, after rebuilding the whole friggin' Commonwealth I didn't wanted to build anything else and just wanted a nice cozy place to enjoy a cigar and a bottle of whiskey so your hideouts fit the bill perfectly. Now, I'm writing here because it seems Beach Cottage messes with the female body in my game (I don't use any body replacer). Once I spotted the problem I started to disable my mods one by one and problem disappeared when I disabled this mod. I wanna mention your other player homes work perfectly, I'm also using Ap. 161, The Cabin, The Colonial, The Top Floor Loft. This is what I'm encountering: https://i.imgur.com/VnLWY2S.jpg

I am getting the exact same issue. If I disable every mod I have except for this one, even, it makes my female character nude (note: I'm not using any body replacer's either) with a mismatched skin for the model. Please help!
Well, file "quazcottagedlc03 - textures.ba2" contains 3 files that alter the female body (FemaleBody_d.dds, FemaleBody_n.DDS, and FemaleBody_s.dds in Actors\Character\BaseHumanFemale). I guess they can be deleted.
Awesome work on the mod. Just wondering if you used the North End Hoarders Apartment cell for when I try to enter the apartment door it does not work. So when I coc the apartment's cell it took me to the cottage.
So beyond the problem already stated that it blocks new games, I also found a strange bug it caused. I don't use any body replacers, no nudity or anything, however this mod...for a player home...tries to add a nude body replacer to my character which doesn't fit the vanilla body so she has a nipple on her stomach and a bellybutton on her butt, its weird. I spent over an hour going through all my mods in various combos to see what was causing it and I narrowed it down to 100% this mod. Can the creator explain why a player home mod adds a nude body replacer and if there is a way to fix it to not look like Frankenstein?
I'd like to explain. The thing is I can't. Because I have no bloody idea what may be causing it and how is this connected to my mod. Also this happened to a few people on Xbone while using my Croup Manor overhaul but as I said, a few. And the same is with you, you are the first one from the 400 people who downloaded it who has this issue. I can't reproduce it, it may be that GECK seriously screwed some s#*! up while I thought everything was fine. Edit: Oh well I guess this file is a mess, when I try to open it in FO4Edit to check for conflicts it just crashes.
@Quaz30- I had the issue with not being able to start a new game - it would load but I couldn't use the mirror to start chargen. Hadn't taken the time to narrow down what was causing it until I saw this comment. I took a quick peek in FO4Edit and you've accidentally edited the vanilla chargen. If you go to the Furniture section of your mod in FO4Edit and rightclick and remove "NPCSinkMarker" and "NPCFacegenMarker" (both of their FormIDs start with 01), chargen will work again and allow players to start a new game.
There also seem to be quite a few ITMs and UDRs in the mod in case you want to clean the whole thing. The CK likes to make a bunch of junky edits anytime you even think of looking at something to see how it was made so it's always a good idea to give it a look in Edit. I just ran the automated cleaning on it and the game starts but I don't have time to test it right now and see if everything is still cool at the house.
Let me know if you continue to have trouble opening the mod in Edit and I can send you the copy I just cleaned
