I'm just using the vanilla explosions because I couldn't figure out how it was all scripted and where. I suppose if you could find the scripts/effects for the firework explosions you could theoretically change them/use modified versions. Unfortunately I'm too swamped with course work atm to get a decent look in.
The problem here is with world cells. Weather is updated every time you change cell, I mean there is a chance for a weather to change. In a settlement weather change looks more stable only because you stay in the same cell.
You absolutely can, but if it's your first playthrough of Far Harbor then personally I recommend not using it until after you finish all the quests so as to not ruin the atmosphere and immersion of the DLC. However there is nothing game breaking or any potential bugs that i am aware of that occur when using this in Far Harbor
Playing as a character that's a bit rad-obsessed thanks to Far Harbor Children of Atom influences, I was looking for ways to 'set the mood' when fighting as them, or just in general feeling like having some more rad storms. This is perfect!
I'm glad to hear it! I originally thought of this mod while playing the exact opposite then realized that people would love to be able to start storms, even if it were just for screenshots haha
Alright guys, the only thing left on the mod's To Do list is Open Bug Testing for you amazing people and then Console Porting. Any feedback and bug reports are very welcome, at this stage I am not sure if I will be adding any new features but advice on price balancing couldn't go amiss unless you prefer the Weather Change Flare Guns and ammo have the same value as the vanilla counterparts
Unfortunately I don't use that mod so I wouldn't know. If True Storms is compatible with the Weather Clear Firework from the DLC then I wouldn't see why not. It's just a flare that uses the firework explosion and script.
