Adds craftable relay grenades for workshop assignable versions of;
Gen-1 Synths

The granades are craftable at the Chem Workbench with the normal Synth Relay Grenades, after your first visit to the Institute.
Known Issues
Railroad Gen-1&2s have no dialogue.
Gen-1 Synths can't equip many clothing pieces.
Small incompatability with mods that alter "FurnitureInteractionEnter", "FurnitureNoMirrorInteractionEnter" or "SingleAnimFurnitureInteractionEnterRoot"
