Simple retexture of the default green T-51 shoulders and chest to grey.

Author's instructions
Anyone is free to use these files in any way they see fit so long as it conforms to Bethesda's permissions; these are really their files, I just tweaked them.
Someone can upload these to Bethesda.net if they want, credit would be greatly appreciated. I will not be uploading them to Bethesda.net myself because I hate the site and the platform, as broken as Steam workshop was it was way better than Bethesda.net. But that's my thing, I'm not going to enforce my prejudice onto others, so do as you wish.

I would highly recommend using Bordraw'sUnpainted T-51 instead of this mod. It's a much better job of what I was trying to do.
Grey T-51 Retexture
Recolors T-51 power armor shoulders and chest from the default green to a grey more like Brotherhood T-51b from Fallout New Vegas.
Installation: Unzip to your Data folder or install using NMM.
Nothing fancy here, just a simple recolor to bring the green pieces of T-51 more in line with the rest of the armor and other power armors for mixing and matching. It's not perfect but it's the best I can do given my limited skill/time. Art isn't my area, but I hate Bethesda's green T-51 color scheme and since I couldn't find a mod like this one, I made one.
