For everyone having issues with saltpeter, you need to load the mod lower or use xEdit or some other patching method to ensure the saltpeter is added to the leveled lists.
After I did a complete play through, I went back and cleaned up my mods to see if I could trim some fat. I saw this mod in the list and totally forgot I had it activated. I realized after about 150 hour run I never once ran across any saltpeter. I could make all the charcoal I wanted but no saltpeter, not even from merchants. Any reason it's so hard to find it in game? Makes it difficult to craft any ammo, even the starter stuff, if you never find one of the components. Any ideas?
