have you noticed this preset has the exact same file name as http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/19904/?. the problem is that it asks ppl to replace file.

That might not be possible, seeing as this preset model is heavily dependent on CBBE body type, along with a number of other makeup mods.
Simply put, the author does not own all the mods used, s/he only own the order and degree at which they are used for this specific preset.
Beyond that, seeing as the whole console mods situation has become so toxic, you may be hard pressed to get any of the needed mods ported over.
And even if they were all ported, you can be sure that Todd will not allow the CBBE body on the consoles, seeing as that would bring in potential nudity.
TL/DR: I cannot say for certain, but I am 99.99999999999% certain that this mod cannot be properly ported to consoles. ..... Happy birthday tho.
If this ever does get out though, then that would be one happy ass day, week, or even year ha. But it's all good if it doesn't come out, I do hate the strict rules they put, I think it should be a choice to download what you want
