Adds a holotape with the recording of "Going Nuclear" song by Gavin Dunne of Miracle Of Sound,
found in the Galaxy News Network building (Gunners Plaza), on a desk in the GNN recording studio.

INSTALL:
1 Manualy: copy the contents of the .7z archive to your steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data folder, choosing to overwrite in all possible conflicts, activate the GoingNuclear.esp
2 NMM: add and activate
