I should have publicly announced this sooner, but I've retired from modding Fallout 4. I stopped modding Skyrim in June after releasing Stages Redux, and wasn't planning to do much with FO4 until someone gifted it to me. I still check the Nexus every now and again to see what's going on, but don't expect any major support/updates from me for the foreseeable future.

I love this mod so much.. Working on a WWII overhaul modlist, and was wondering if anyone knows of or would make a version of this mod that swaps out the Stingray/A-10 for a WWII plane like a P-51 or a B-17? Maybe even an option for a different plane from the different factions (USA, Russian, German, etc)
hear is an idea how about have a version that can go with the America rising 2 mod so when you finish there quest line you will be able to call in FEV chemical bombs just thought it was a interesting idea

1,for reduce the cooldown timer Open "_00Stingray.esp" by Fo4edit. Select and open "Moveable Static" at left side area
(right click this Editor ID) "00Und StingrayGranadeSmoke"
then select "copy as override into" and select check box "new file esp" click one check box and OK(I don't know which line is the right one.I selected 1st line.) Name it anything you like.(I choice "STINGRAY_POWERUP")
(right side) (you should see "Filter by Name and by Value" at right side above. ) Type “time” at where it says “by Value” box.
then you will see under area "time:Float =3" Select this line(left click), and clear the “by Value” box above.
(right side and under area) your select is still remain click open "plus mark" at this line you will see "Float" line and number "3". you can edit it(I use 0.001.it about 1sec? or so) (NOTICE: only edit YOUR esp(right side). dont touch original(left side) I recomnd.)
2.For Penetrate obstacles (You'll be able to hit a covering enemy.) at left side, open "Projectile" then right click this Editor ID, 00Und NukeBomb PROJ
then select "copy as override into" and select your original esp(EX."STINGRAY_POWERUP") (right side) DNAM - Data Flags(sorted) right click and select "edit" you will see check boxes (Check the following two) pass through small transparent penetrates geometry
Don't forget to activate your new esp file in mod manager. And if you using "Binocular FireSupport" mod, you should same change "(1,for reduce the cooldown timer)"at Binoculars_FireSp_Stingray.esp maybe.
You know, I decided that the nuke option for this is entirely too weak, so I swapped it out for the XXL Nukes (Nuclear Explosions Overhaul) and OH YEAH! Dead bodies everywhere! Plus combining this with Binos Fire Support means I'm far less likely to get caught up in my own explosion
