Fallout 4 Full community Sanctuary

Kind of a harbinger of a blueprint, one of two actually that I have been working on for a few wweeks now. This one in the vid is the "Full Version" in that some prep of the area (scrapping ruined houses/foundations and debris etc)and a fair number of mods are required.
 The other V is a stripped down V that can literally be dropped on Sanctuary as soon as you deal w/ Codsy and the bugs... souinds like an '80s punk band... anyway, no scrappingh required ANDF/OR will not be affected if you do some scrapping. Notrably fewer mods and notably much harder to pull off as it was a ballance of vanilla and being useful. 
Both should be on Nexus ion the next couple days. Untill then there's this vid as a sampler if you will

Sanctuary Bunkhouse Fallout 4 Settlement Building S1E3_5

A Sanctuary Hills Bunkhouse, built between Episodes 3 and 4 of Season One. Hope you enjoy this build! This bunkhouse features building materials found in both Stuyk's "Alternate Settlements" and Ethreon's "Cabin In the Woods" mods, found on the Nexus website.
