If you use this mod http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13768/? and have my mod's plugin lower in your load order my mod will override the three perks while leaving all the others the same as that mod made them.
If you want these perk enhancements to apply to a character that has already acquired some or all of the perks altered by this mod, you must remove the perks via console BEFORE enabling the mod. The console command is as follows: player.removeperk
Add a space between the initial console command and the perk code. Example: player.removeperk 4a0ab
For user convenience, here is a list of the codes you may need to remove to get the mod effects to work properly:
RAD RESISTANT 1) 1d2479 2) 1d247a 3) 1d247b 4) XX0423a4 (Check your load order for the Far Harbor DLC location and replace the two X's at the beginning. Example: 030423a4
To add the lost perk points back to your character, use this code: CGF "Game.AddPerkPoints" # Example: CGF "Game.AddPerkPoints" 14
Now you can enable the mod and the enhanced resistance perk effects will be applied as intended by the mod author.

Edit: added a level 5 prestige perk for those that would like it.
