Want the Damage Resistant Perks to matter? This mod makes changes to all three making them more worthwhile. Changes Toughness perk to give +25 Ballistic & Energy DR & +50 Rad Resistance for 1st 4 levels for a total at rank 4 to be +100 Ballistic & Energy DR & +200 RR. LvL5 Toughness, LvL1 Refractor & LvL1 Radiation Resistance are now Prestige Perks

Changes Toughness perk to give +25 Ballistic & Energy Damage Resistance & +50 Rad Resistance for 1st 4 levels for a total at rank 4 to be +100 Ballistic & Energy DR & +200 RR. LvL5 Toughness, LvL1 Refactor & LvL1 RR are now Prestige Perks.
The "Prestige" perks give +150 Ballistic & Energy DR and +300 Radiation Resistance respectively for a total of +250 Ballistic and Energy DR and +500 Radiation Resistance.
I have changed the first four ranks of Toughness so you can take them as soon as you want to. I have also changed Rad Resistance and Refractor to need either Toughness 4 or 5. Besides needing at least Toughness level 4 you can mix and match any of the prestige perks.
You may need Far Harbor to use this because they have added a fourth Radiation rank; I had to disable the Far Harbor perk so it may work even though it says Far Harbor is needed to run.
If it does not work let me know and I will try to make it work without the DLC.
There are eight different files to choose from that change the "Prestige" perk level requirements from level 10 to 80 one every ten levels. Also have one that changes the "Prestige" perk level requirements to level 5 for those that want them ASAP.
I give permission to anyone that wants to use my mod for their mod as long as you credit me and give me a link to the mod.
I also give permission for anyone to port this to consoles just credit me please.
NMM Download was not working so I disabled it. Fixed the problem guys!
To install just download the file you want and unpack the .esp you want to use into the:
\Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout 4\Data
folder and then go onto your Mod Manager and activate the plugin.
Or use the NMM Download.
