Since the mod author seems to have moved on a few years back I thought I'd play around with this a bit I've been wanting some Mistress of Mystery content, soooooo.....
I removed everything but the big vehicle doors from the surface. Instead of an elevator there I moved the entrance to the basement of Croup Manor. Just a load door, for the life of me I can't get load elevators to work lol Croup Manor is now the "House of Mystery", and the underground lair the "Hall of Mystery". Had to clean up the basement of course, replace the rotting wood walls with clean Deco style marble. I left the water effects though, it works really well with the theme. Unfortunately I did the basement using Scrap Everything, so I'll need to reproduce it in the CK sometime.
And I'd just like to say how nice it is when indoor cells are built along straight X-Y axis, makes lining things up soooo much easier
I fixed the workshop, it's now the full settlement version. Not a settlement yet, haven't gotten around to it; it's a lot easier to build those from scratch rather than convert someone else's work. I still need to finish my Vault 95 conversion, so I'll see about turning this into a functional settlement when I do that.
Next I'll see about turning the main computer into Cryptos. A lot of the text from Fallout 76 is available on the wiki, so that should mostly be a copy-paste job.
Ok, settlement part works (I think, I was able to assign a companion to it.) Took some reworking because m00resy used the wrong parts in some areas. No accusations there, they were easy mistakes to make such as using the interior version of the workbench or the wrong type of bounding box.
For aspiring settlement builders, the interior workbench is the one used in Homeplate. It's crippled, so you get the reduced build menu and it won't work for an actual settlement. Note that there are no interior settlements in the vanilla game until Vault 88 was put in, and 88 is a special case with it's own workbench type and workshop scripts. Interior or exterior stick to the full WorkshopWorkbench.
Found another issue yesterday, none of the workbenches were linked to the workshop, so they weren't pulling resources from it.
I might have caused that when I converted to a full settlement workshop, but that didn't break the links for anything else so I'm guessing this is a problem with the original mod.
No, that would require the author's permission. And I lost the files, along with any other mods I hadn't already uploaded, to a hurricane a couple years back.
I came through it mostly intact, thanks for asking.
I'm not playing FO4 anymore. I'm doing some small modding for Starfield, but there's only so much you can do unless they finally release a CK for it.
Location.... um, don't remember which way is north and south lol. From Vault 111, facing towards the Red Rocket, it's on the right, past the farm settlement. Very close to the map edge.
Why so many make player homes that you can not send companions to live in, it seems like a waste of all this great work just to be alone, nah it just seems it should have a full working settlement.
You can replace the limited workshop with a full one using the CK, or you can use SKK Workshop Utilities to convert it to a "full settlement". Note that this does not actually make it a functional settlement, you still can't recruit settlers or set up supply lines, but it does remove the limitations on the workshop.
Man, this is an incredible location. It's especially fun to get a bunch of Batman stuff and a custom companion mod and just fill the place up with random Bat-people.
Near the ruined house with the elevator is a crypt with an open coffin, which has a little lore note and the password. It's behind and to the left of the elevator if you're looking at the elevator head-on.
Hey, first of all thank you for this amazing mod, the place is huge and amazing and I love it But the only thing that bothers me is the fog, it looks weird when you're walking and it just disappear, do you know if there is a way to disable it?
Hello all i hit 1000 downloads here which i thought would never happen but glad i have

Try not to repeat problems and make sure if a question has already been asked not to ask as well, to avoid flooding this comment and all that helpful jazz.
