All ranks of Gun Fu now work! It works just like vanilla Gun Fu. Every successive target shot within one Focus session will increase damage dealt.

Crit gain nerfed a bit, was very fast for not requiring AP to build. This increases the value of the crit perks.
Blitz speed boost was nerfed some, I'd recieved some complaints that it was too fast to accurately control.
I'm dialing some sensible default balance values. Later on I plan on adding an Easy/Normal/Hard spread for AP costs and the slow factor.

Mysterious Stranger fixed. Now only appears when in combat, but will acquire a target and fire with his revolver.
Penetrator Rank 1 fixed. Particles no longer have hard edges. Decreased particle count a bit.
