This was done mostly to test out the uploader and see if I wanted to put my other mods on console moving forward. And I don't! The interface is awful, the text limits in descriptions are aggressive, uploading multiple versions/optional files isn't even possible, and the profanity filter is so bad it considers the names of in-game weapons bad words. Given my mods are rebalance mods with extensive descriptions, because who the hell would want to download a mod that tweaks everything without knowing what it tweaks, it just doesn't work! If Bethesda fixes that PoS, then maybe one day, until then, bleh.

First ever mod!

This is a incredibly simple mod that tackles a problem I personally have had for a while, and only got worse with survival mode. I found that T-60 and X-01 spawn far too early in the game, I wont even reach the castle before finding a full suit of X-01. Some people might not see that as a problem, but I'd rather have time to enjoy the lower tier armors before they are made obsolete.

All this mod does is change the level lists for power armor spawns in the overworld, this does NOT affect vendor inventories, the Atom Cats will still sell you power armors at the same levels as before! I may decide to change that in the future, but as this is somewhat a personal preference mod, I don't personally use those vendors to acquire my armor, Id rather save my caps for unique items and sweet, sweet flamer fuel. Besides, in my experience you have to go well out of your way to get a complete set of anything but T-60 from them, and if you are the type of person to do that, this probably isn't a mod you are interested in anyway.

1.1 Update: Discovered a vanilla bug while testing the Hardcore Edition, where the level 11 Full T-45 suit, would be missing its left arm, and instead have a extra Torso. As t-51 began spawning at 14, blink and you miss it. Its fixed now.

New Levels:

Raider Power Armor: Unchanged, isn't even in the level lists I modified, still only found on raiders or scripted areas.

T-45: Unchanged, will appear at level 1.

T-51: Unchanged, appears at level 14 for most suits found in the world. Possibly 18 for some.

T-60 Will now spawn at Level 28 (Vanilla Level 23) Unless you are using a mod like BPAO The BoS will give you a suit for free (Or you get a unique set via the Automatron DLC) so this change will most likely ensure that is how you first acquire it, so you wont show up on the Prydwen with a T-60 set already (or a X-01) and render the entire reward pointless.

X-01 Will now spawn at level 38 (Vanilla 28) I felt this would be a reasonable gap, while the gap between T-51 and T-60 is 14 levels, leveling starts slowing down here, so a ten level gap felt more reasonable, but still low enough that you shouldn't have triggered every frame to spawn a lower level armor set by proximity.

This works best with Survival mode! Without fast travel you wind up fighting a lot more random encounters, leveling up faster while covering ground far slower (preventing you from accidentally triggering a armor frame to spawn with a lower level set before you discover it.) I am not responsible if you use this on normal difficulty, blast through the game, and use up all the frame spawns on T-51/T-60 :P

HARDCORE EDITION:

This one was made because I personally wanted it, and someone else asked for it literally moments after I considered making it for myself. So here it is, for those who cant help themselves from power leveling, or spend way too long crafting items and getting experience from settlements.

T-45 - Unchanged

T-51 - Level 18 minimum

T-60 - Level 35 minimum

X-01 - Level 50 minimum

Compatibility:
Should be compatible with everything, unless of course a mod changes these leveled lists (obviously) Works with both BPAO and CPAO and any mod that adds/changes paints for power armor.I cant guarantee this works with a mod that adds new armors to the leveled lists, most mods simply put them in static locations anyway (the way these level lists are spaced vanilla, I can only imagine modded armors are only available for a very, very short window anyway, so I can see why modders don't bother with them.)

Recommended:
Bordraw's Consistent Power Armor Overhaul and Brotherhood Power Armor Overhaul If you are going to be sticking with those lower level armors longer, might as well do it in style!

My other mods:
Rebalanced Perks - A perk balancing mod seeking to favor utility over raw damage.
Weapons Rebalanced
Durable Followers
Standalone .38 Tri-Barrel Minigun Modification
Unkillable Automatron Robots
