Donation Points system

This is a very simple mod (like all of the mods I do generally), focusing on filling in some of the gaps in Survival as I see them. First off, it expands the bottles that can be filled with water to include beakers, and equalizes all of the fillable bottles weights to .25. This is simply for internal consistency, since all of the water items are .5, that means they get heavier when filled instead of lighter. It also changes the base plantable crops in the workshop menu to call for seeds rather than the crop itself. Seeds can be crafted from any plantable crop (whether the domestic or wild version) at the cooking station under Utility. This is a more immersive way to allow for planting in your settlements with food you found growing wild. Lastly, this mod reduces the dirty water needed to make clean water from 3 to 2. I like the idea of having to boil some of it off to purify it, but 3 is just too much.
I may look into expanding this seed system to a wide variety of crops, but for now it'll just be the ones the base game deems plantable. For those not playing on Survival, the bottle weights will still be changed and the seeds will still work the same, but since there is no water-filling mechanic other than for Survival you won't see that
