   The line is only said by his friends in his closed group on Facebook(in fact I made this mod for them). KatamoriENG is his english channel (and to be frank this one's not very good, even if you manage to understand his accent) but his main channel is in Hungarian (https://www.youtube.com/user/ttony33).

   Ok looked up the line you posted. Looked up the name. Nothing relates to who that is or why they should matter enough to get flag in Fallout 4.
   
   Just curious now since this is the second thing I seen pop up.
