Okay, please don't hate me, guys... This is my first time adding mods to any game.
So, I followed the instructions in the description and went into the data folder "SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\ Data\" but there was no folder called "textures", so I created one and placed this file into it (not as a sub-folder). In other words, I now have the following SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\ Data\Textures\animobjects\pipboy\ where "Textures" and everything after it is what I downloaded. In the "pipboy" folder are a whole lot of images.
I presume that is all correct, but I don't have a T.A.R.D.I.S. pipboy in the game... Am I doing something wrong? Please help...
As a huge doctor who fan and an even bigger fallout fan would it be possible when the creation engine comes out for someone to make a doctor who over remake of the game. like replace all brotherhood with unit or some sort of s#*! like that.
lol and a pair of sonic sunglasses that work on locks and terminals. and maybe raise int and perception by 1. hopefully we'll see something like that once the kit is out. I think this is the game that will convince me to finally try the kits out and get the hang of them.
This pip retex is pretty cool. I'm gonna try the lighter one later once I reinstall my texture mods through the mod manager. I use the pip all the time so I'll like seeing this pop up.
*looks grudgingly at you for suggesting that* The only area of the world that was really pre-war is Sanctuary and the immediate surroundings, while yes the assets are there, it will be one hell of a job to re-create most other sections of Boston as very few pre-war assets really exist. Some very small areas similar to Sanctuary will be possible, but there's only so much that can be done without a considerable amount of work creating more assets. Personally I'll have enough trouble creating the assets I have planned as it is without pre-war content, I'm curious to see what the guy behind Fallout Who is planning if anything though.
Maybe the background could be one of the vortexes from the intro https://www.google.com/search?q=doctor+who+intro+vortex&biw=1280&bih=595&tbm=isch&source=lnms&sa=X&ved=0CAgQ_AUoA2oVChMI4NWAqO-dyQIVw-MmCh3tpgHm

I was wondering if I have your permission to place mod on the Xbox one version?

I think we just need a sonic screwdriver now!
