This isn't the type of mod I download, but I am posting to give you my appreciation and admiration for what you've done, Dorpz. I think you could take your idea further, too, by adding various types of memes. For instance:
Political Meme (-10 charisma, -10 intelligence like you have now, but add something like +20 rage that perhaps gives hit bonus or melee damage or something like that)
Cat/Puppy Meme (+10 charisma, -20 rage which would perhaps give hit penalty or melee damage penalty)
