I am working on a Shield Mod right now that currently does work with Power Armor. I am using the already existing shield model on the nexus [Hunt for The Patriotic Shield] as the model and will release it if given permission by the creator to use the model. The only issues with the mod right now is the clipping into the power armor.
Im no modder but Im guessing its because the textures are missing. This is the first mod Ive ever used that didn't include texture files in light of a lack of ba2 files.
I have searched all over the sanctuary i scraped the house near the workbench, dogmeat cant find anything, oh my gosh I really want this shield for some reason can you please post an image of where to find it please, or is there a console command to give it to myself. I realized the textures for the shield were not installed, I did not have the hunt for the partiotic shield at 1st, I have it now and still cannot find your shield anywhere. PLEASE HELP ME.
This totally sucks that they are changing Captain America to be a Nazi spy. A sad day in the world of comic book fans and collectors. Friggin' people that don't like America are the ones that are making laws in America.
I might make a seperate version, yes. The Idea was to design it after the more modern Captain America with the brownish gauntlets and boots. But there is a chance I could make a seperate all blue version of the legs and arms.
Thank you, I understand why you made it the way the first time using the brownish color. But I used to collect the comic book in the 80's and they were actually red in color (Gloves and Boots) and I didn't know if it would transfer over that well than blue. Mainly because in the comics, it would vary on what color of red they would use (Cover of the comic books tended to be a darker color red than inside during the story, which was odd. But then again, it was the 80s).

I'm working on it, It really started out as a test and somewhere down the line I forgot about the flames. As of right now my skill is very limited with this stuff, I mainly uploaded it to be tested by other people and see if I got it working correctly.
I made a Shield for it. It is considered a Melee Weapon and does clip with the power armor, but I guess that's to be expected. I got permissions from the Model Creator and decided to learn my way around the creation kit, and voila. Lead Pipe based Shield (It does like 150 base damage, though. So no worries on usefulness.) I hope you all enjoy, and thanks for pushing me to get any of this done.
For anybody having problem, you can't install with NMM out of the gate. Its not packed for it. Install manually or repack into a FOMOD yourself like I just did.
I wish I was that experienced! There is a mod on the Nexus for it, although due to it being classified as an unarmed weapon, it's unusable with the power armor. Sad day, I know.
