    Hey man if you're still modding , I want to ask if you could remove the fires at "jalbert brothers disposal" too, so strange seeing it burn eternally. Bethesda should consider more things and add more realism in their fallout universe ,little things like fires wouldn't burn in rain ,blood that's several decades old still looking fresh on the walls but needs to appear dry at least , weapons disappears when you holster or put them away, Nate/Nora must have a really deep pocket for that fatman.

    cartman1975 you done a great mod here after you do the quests inside ...its better than going past and seen that fire anyways Maybe you get reset, but only inside maybe not outside again. This of course has not happen to me as yet, have all the DLC, thinking this is a great mod to keep after you get the few quests done at this place, then its a good way to say, this place is finish thankyou for making another good mod for us all to enjoy Kudos to you

    Ooooooh. This looks neat! It always bothered me that you can't 'take over' raider locations after you wipe them out. And I've always wanted to put a settlement on top of a factory.

      It bothered me also, that the raiders are coming back so quickly. I will take over some more locations to secure the north, next will be
      Breakheart Banks.

    looks quite nice! and it did work for me!! no idea what would happen if you install this mod before the quest tho...
    also, cartman1975 one small request if I may, I've always wanted to use this place as a settlement and now with the contraptions DLC I think this would be the most appropriate place to build a factory... do you think you could do that? (or if it's doable at all?)

      Exactly the same thoughts I also planned to set up a factory here.

      At the moment, i am not able to add a custom settlement, also it should be not very hard to do this with the creation kit.

      But i use this mod instead to establish up to 10 new locations : http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12511/?
      And it works fine at the Saugus location i prepared with my mod.

      Let me know if there are some more things you want to get rid of

      sounds really interesting! I will definitely check it out, but I honestly REALLY want to make the whole place a settlement, both inside and outside xD it just seems fitting. I've been waiting for someone to do it but since I never saw a mod touching the place I thought it was impossible to get rid of the NPCs respawning and make the place a settlement outside and inside (i know nothing about modding) but your response gave me some hope xD I might try to learn and see if I can do it myself

      Just download the creation kit and give it a try.
      I will not work on the inside as i really don't need it.

      All you have to do is to open (install first) the creation kit, selection the location (cell: saugus interiour)) and then you see the map as you know from ingame but with all the invisible markers (e.g. spawn marker, smoke areas, radiation areas).
      You can now select all the stuff and delete ist

      It is a bit tedious to navigate in the map and select all the items. Good thing is that if something goes wrong, just start over.
      You can't break the original map as everyting is stored in the *.esp modfile.
